Although they are not the best fat burner like exercising, fishes, or some weight loss pills in the market, they still play a significant role in reducing fat and balancing your body. The best fruits you should take are:

  • Kiwi fruit, satsumas, or plums (2 per day)
  • Grapefruit or avocado (1/2 per day)
